WORKSHOP TERMS

 

We aim to be reasonable in our approach to terms and conditions for workshop bookings and the following outlines some of the broad principles we apply.

 

We encourage booking only if you are sure you can attend the event on the dates specified. If you are not sure then please wait until you can be before booking.

 

We do not issue refunds for cancelled bookings. Instead we prefer those cancelling to find someone to replace them, and we will support this through waiting lists and social media.

 

We will consider refunds only in exceptional circumstances, with sufficient notice, and where there is a reasonable chance of re-selling the ticket. Refunded workshop tickets will be made minus processing fees.

NO SHOW POLICY: If you enroll in a workshop and you do not show up for the workshop, your enrollment fee will be applied to a future workshop. Your enrollment fee must be applied within 2 years of your original workshop date.

 

We reserve the right to cancel workshops providing as much notice as is practically possible to all attendees. In the event of cancellation on our part we will issue refunds to all ticket holders, but we will not be liable for any additional costs including, but not limited to, transport, accommodation, loss of income.

Workshops must have a minimum of 5 tickets sold 10 days before the event for the workshop to be held. If not the workshop will be cancelled. Refunds will be made to ticket holders minus processing fees.
